Process Engineering Course

Process Engineering focuses on the design, operation, control, and optimization of chemical, physical, and biological processes. Process engineering encompasses a vast range of industries, such as chemical, petrochemical, agriculture, mineral processing, advanced material, food, pharmaceutical, software development and biotechnological industries.  Process engineering takes place directly after product engineering has completed the design of product engineering has completed the design of product. It takes the information from product engineer It takes the information from product engineer and they create the plan for manufacture and they create the plan for manufacture Processing is then the function of Processing is then the function of determing exactly how a product will be mode exactly how a product will be mode.

Skills for Process Engineering Course
Math skills, analytical skills, teamwork, familiarity with field-specific software such as C++, G&P Engineering Software, EngVert and CAD, ability to use chromatographic scanners, vial handling systems, agitators

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline, preferably B’Tech/Diploma holder. Under graduates are not preferred for this course as, placement . However, they can undergo the course, at their own personal risk and responsibility.

Course Duration and Details

Oil &Gas is a 6 Months course with 5 months of theory classes held from Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day , and 1 month of continuous onsite training which will be held on ONGC , RELIANCE , BPCL etc.. However, the final allocation for training centre will be subject to fulfilment of certain conditions. Successful trainees are awarded with 11 certificates, which include the course completion certificate issued by BlitzAcademy showing topics covered in the course, certificate of successful completion of training in ONGC/RELIANCE through main contracting companies.

Benefits of Process Engineering

The benefits of process engineering are significant and wide ranging. They may include everything from debottlenecking certain key problem areas, improving production speed, eliminating unneeded steps from a process, making the process or system safer, and increasing the quality, consistency, and/or volume of output. By and large process engineering provides a way for industries to reduce their costs while increasing the overall efficiency of their processes.

Scope for process Engineering

Process engineering has an incredibly far-reaching impact and potentially holds promise for nearly any industrial or commercial business. It is also at the forefront of expanding what is possible in the sciences and technology sectors. Some particular industries served by process engineering include:
